Makeshift memorial outside Warsaw Palace
The President of Poland, Lech Kaczynski body has been returned to Warsaw. At the present time the official cause of the Tu-154 aircraft(plane) crash tht killed the Polish President and other all dignitaries and passengers on board is not known.
There is expected to be a State Funeral in Warsaw for the Polish President with leaders from Countries around the world in attendance.
Millions around the world are expected to view the Polish President’s Funeral in Warsaw Via Television and live streaming video.
The special aircraft of the Polish airforce, carrying the late president’s body took off for Warsaw from the Smolensk airport following a brief farewell ceremony of the three services of the Russian military.
The ceremony was held at the Smolensk airport, where the Soviet-era Tu-154 plane carrying the 96 people strong Polish presidential delegation was attempting to land in dense fog before it crashed.
Kaczynski’s twin brother Jaroslaw, a former premier, who flew to Smolensk last night, had earlier identified the bodies of the president and his wife Maria.
