Promotions have become quite clever and quite personal lately…. Yes you can have your own personal eulogy read by none other than the star of  the Star of the “Death at a Funeral” Remake Chris Rock.

Ever want to have your own personal eulogy read by none other than famous comedian and actor Chris Rock!? If you have, it’s your lucky day! Check out the new site – in honor of Rock’s new movie, “Death at a Funeral.”

At the site, you can customize your own personal eulogy for friends and family, or even yourself! Then you can e-mail it to as many people as you want! It is a pretty clever promotion for the upcoming film, which opens in theaters nation wide on April 16th!

A day in the life of an American family who come together to put a beloved husband and father to rest. As mourners gather at the family home, shocking revelations, festering resentments, ugly threats, blackmail and a misdirected corpse unleash lethal mayhem.

Most reviews say the remake is not as good as the original. There is not a lot of turn around time between the original 2007 and the remake 2010. Still if you are not familiar with what happens at a funeral, humor is the best way to introduce yourself to it.

If you are a fan of the 2007 movie you may find this to be a disappointment. If you did not see the original  you may find the movie funny, engaging and educational about funerals and the funeral process.

Your Funeral Guy is not affiliated with “Death at a Funeral” Chris Rock, or any promotion connected to the remake or the original. Your Funeral Guy does believe it would be helpful to view the movie because Humor is the best way to come to understand the Funeral process.
