A Marine’s Father early in the day today stated he was refusing to pay the Court Ordered “appeal fees” to the Westboro Baptist Church.
The Westboro Protestor Group shouted vile protests- ” Anti Gay and Anti America Slogans” at his son’s “Fallen Hero” Funeral. In the latest court action the Father was told to pay the $16,000 appeal fees to Westboro Baptist. The free speech and funeral picketing case will be later heard by the United States Supreme Court.
Later in the day in a show of conservative support Bill O Reilly of Fox News(O’Reilly Factor) stated he would pay the $16,000 dollar appeal fee to the Fred Phelps group.

Albert Snyder, of York, Pa., told Fox News he does not intend to pay $16,510 to Fred Phelps, the leader of Kansas’ Westboro Baptist Church, which held protests at Marine Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder’s funeral in 2006.
“I don’t think I’m going to be writing a check until I hear from the Supreme Court,” Snyder told Fox News on Tuesday. “I’m not about to pay them anything.”
