It is being reported that one of the Leaders involved  in the Great Illinois Funeral Association Ponzi Scheme  will testify before Congress on behalf of the National Funeral Directors Association, NFDA. on Cemetery Reform.

According  to AHN(ALL  HEAD LINE NEWS), Randall L Earl, a key player in the IFDA TRUST PONZI SCHEME  will testify before  The House Subcommittee on Energy and Commerce, Wednesday.$100 million dollars is gone from the IFDA trust.

The Hearing is on the Bereaved Consumers Bill of Rights Act which will extend  the Federal Trade Commissions FUNERAL RULE to cemeteries. This all came about because of the Burr oak Cemetery Scam

The fact that the NFDA Would send Randall Earl, their treasurer has foul political smells and is a total

OUTRAGE!

Earl is implicated in  theft, misappropriation of Funds, by the now defunct IFDA Services in the Illinois Funeral Directors Association PONZI SCHEME.

Earl’s resignation has been called for here. Even ConnectingDirectors com a mouth piece for the Traditional Funeral Industry has questioned Earl’s integrity.

Other Leaders in the Funeral Industry have called for Earl,s resignation.

Specifically Earl has been accused of misappropriating TRUST FUNDS to the Illinois Museum of Funeral Customs.(owned and operated by the IFDA)

Your Funeral Guy has been booted by Connecting Directors, an attempt to throw him under the funeral industry bus.

Your Funeral Guy has been booted from a  major Funeral Industry Website for comments promoting the Pro family low cost funeral options. My agenda is the presentation of the low cost funeral alternatives. For many Funeral Homes this works well.On the whole the funeral industry is vehemently opposed to presenting  the lower cost funeral  in the arrangement conference.

Keep In Mind that The WEBMASTER WHO KNOWS WHAT’s Good for Funeral Service has never worked in a Funeral Home!

My internet and personal agenda are always clear. I have  not  actively promoted  funeral homes ( but have mentioned a low cost funeral home example once)or businesses  at my sites only the lower cost funeral. Connecting Directors. com is chasing Walmart Casket sales-Your Funeral Guy

The Funeral Industry Website Connecting Directors.com is chasing Walmart Caskets and seems to think they are low quality.

Problem is the webmaster has not seen a Walmart Casket. There is another problem:In his one case  the Family who purchased the casket was very satisfied according to the Funeral Director in his article.

The funeral director reported a not what is expected  casket quality but refused to produce pictures as proof.

“everything went very smooth and in the end the family was very pleased with the service they received from the funeral home and Walmart, and that is what really matters.

I think in the end what made this experience a pleasant one for Jeff was the fact that the family was happy with they product they had purchased. Obviously, if they would not have been it would have been a tougher situation for Jeff. I don’t doubt that as more funeral directors experience the “Walmart casket”, not every story is going to be as smooth as this one.

Now it does appear that this website is setting Walmart up with a casket fall.

Walmart is selling caskets online. This Started right before Halloween. The initial story created an internet storm with extremely negative feedback from funeral directors and the Funeral Industry.

Funeral home owners do not take kindly to Third Party Casket Sales. The Largest retailer in the country selling caskets online pose a threat to the major casket Companies, Batesville, Aurora, and York Casket Company.
