According to my sources National Funeral Director and Mortician Recognition Day has passed the United States Congress on April 29th. Now in good conscience I cannot see how the Congress( House of Representatives) passed this recognition day in light of the IFDA Preneed Trust Deficit and the National Prearranged Services preneed shut down nationwide.
It is my contention that recognizing funeral directors and the present funeral system will only raise funeral cost in th long run. The NFDA ( National Funeral Directors Association) has promised reform of Preneed. This has happened before. This has been promised several times. More information can be found on Pre-need: here:
