Funeral Director Reveals Forty Million Dollar Mismanagement of Funds.

The IFDA, Illinois Funeral Directors Association, sent out a Press kit to the Membership on how to deal with the 40 Million Trust Deficit in “The IFDA” Preneed Trust.

The Comptroller of the State of Illinois removed the License of the IFDA as the Trustee.

R.Brian Burkhardt Funeral Director and Author has made this “Forty Million Dollar” mismanagement public and available to the media. The IFDA, released to its members a press kit in an attempt to defend their License Removal and 40 million dollar fund deficit. “The IFDA Preneed Trust Fund” is a fund for approximately 49,000 residents in the State of Illinois. The IFDA in it’s press kit announces the new manager of the fund Regions Morgan Keegan Trust, which has the largest prearranged funeral division in the USA. It is also noted that IFDA executive director, Paul Dixon was terminated. The IFDA gave it’s members no substantive reason for this termination.

“Q. How long will it take for the IFDA to get its Financial House in order?

A. We can’t predict a specific date. But we are working closely with the new Trustee and state regulators as we move toward a resolution.”
